Receive notifications on account balance thresholds, transaction conditions, and check status as well as reminders for items such as taxes, payroll, and month-end reconciliation.
Manage money across your business accounts, specify thresholds, and, at a pre-determined time, schedule funds to be swept (if excess) or maintained (if deficit).
Account to Account Transfers*
Move money online between accounts at Pinnacle Bank and accounts at other financial institutions.
- Set up one-time or repetitive ACH transactions, such as disbursement payments or payroll.
- Make Federal tax payments (EFTPS).
- Select when you would like to be notified before the ACH batches are sent.
Gain real-time business account access and history including online funds transfers. This feature also allows you to set up customized levels of access for each User ID created.
Cash Management Downloads
Instantly download account information to your financial management software such as Quicken®, QuickBooks®, Microsoft Money®, Excel®, or Comma Separated (CSV).
